How to Surrender

Step 1
Contact Us

  • Reach out by email before surrendering your pet.

  • Our team can discuss your situation, offer advice, and explore alternatives where possible.

Step 2:
Complete Surrender Application Form

  • Fill out our online surrender application with full details about your pet.

  • Include information on health, behaviour, and care requirements.

  • Full disclosure helps us find the best possible home for your pet.

Step 3:
Provide Supporting Documents

  • Submit vaccination records, medical history, or any other relevant paperwork.

  • These details help us ensure the safety and wellbeing of your animal in a new home.

Step 3:
Transition

  • ​We can provide guidance on preparing your pet for rehoming.

  • Temporary foster care may be available if immediate placement isn’t possible.

  • Submission of a surrender form does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Decisions are based on the welfare of the animal and available resources.

  • Providing false or incomplete information can affect your pet’s placement and future care.

  • Due to high demand and limited capacity, we may not be able to accept all animals immediately.

  • Our team will support you and your pet as much as possible throughout the process.
